1. Free Trial

  • OneCaptcha offers a 14-day free trial on all premium plans. No credit card is required to start.
  • The trial gives you full access to all premium features for 14 days at no cost.
  • If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged.
  • No refund will be issued for charges resulting from a trial that was not cancelled before conversion.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscription purchases.
  • If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund.

3. Lifetime Licenses

  • Refunds do not apply to lifetime license purchases.
  • We recommend starting with an annual subscription. If you find the plugin valuable and reliable for your site, you can then upgrade to a lifetime license with confidence.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within 30 days of your paid subscription start date:

  1. Contact us via our Support Page.
  2. Provide your purchase details and reason for the refund request.
  3. Refunds are processed through Freemius, our payment processor, and will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Payments & Billing

All payments for OneCaptcha premium plans are processed securely by Freemius, a trusted WordPress commerce platform. Freemius handles subscription billing, renewals, payment method management, and refund processing on our behalf.

6. Exclusions

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • After the 30-day refund period has passed.
  • For lifetime license purchases.
  • For charges resulting from a free trial that was not cancelled before the trial period ended.
  • If the plugin is functioning as described and advertised.
