Welcome to OneCaptcha. By purchasing, installing, or using our plugin, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
- “Plugin” refers to the OneCaptcha WordPress plugin.
- “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to the OneCaptcha development team.
- “You” or “Customer” refers to the person or entity purchasing and using the plugin.
- “Freemius” refers to the third-party platform we use for licensing, billing, and account management.
2. Licensing
- The plugin is licensed on a per-site basis through Freemius.
- Each license grants you access to updates and support for the subscription term.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the plugin without written consent.
3. Payments and Renewals
- Payments are securely processed by Freemius using Stripe, PayPal, or other supported gateways.
- Licenses are billed annually unless otherwise stated.
- Renewal is optional but required to continue receiving updates and support.
4. Refund Policy
- We offer a 30-day refund policy on annual subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.
- Refunds do not apply to lifetime license purchases. We recommend starting with an annual subscription, and if the plugin proves valuable for your site, upgrading to a lifetime license, if lifetime subscription exists.
- Refund requests can be submitted via our support channel.
- Refunds are granted only if the plugin fails to function as described and reasonable support efforts cannot resolve the issue.
5. Updates and Support
- Active license holders are entitled to automatic plugin updates and priority support.
- Support is limited to the plugin itself and does not cover third-party conflicts, custom modifications, or unrelated WordPress issues.
6. Third-Party Services
OneCaptcha integrates with third-party CAPTCHA providers (Cloudflare Turnstile, Google reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or data practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The plugin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the plugin.
- You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your WordPress setup before purchase.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses if you violate these terms, including unauthorized distribution or misuse of the plugin.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
